  seas 2 to 4 feet.

* WHERE...Cape Cod Bay, Nantucket Sound, Vineyard Sound and 
  Buzzards Bay.

* WHEN...Until midnight EDT tonight.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.
