  Coastal waters from Provincetown MA to Chatham MA to Nantucket MA 
  out 20 NM...
  Massachusetts Bay and Ipswich Bay...

At 154 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms, capable
of producing winds to around 30 knots. These thunderstorms were
located along a line extending from near Ipswich to near Manomet
Point, moving northeast at 25 knots.

Locations impacted include...
Eastern Point Ma, The Coastal Waters East Of Cape Ann, Boston Buoy
44013, Mass Bay Buoy 44029, Stellwagen Bank, Ipswich Bay, Race Point,
Thatcher Island, The Coastal Waters East Of Boston Harbor, Essex Bay,
and Plum Island.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Expect gusty winds to around 30 knots...briefly rough seas and
lightning strikes. Consider heading for safe harbor until these
storms pass.
