New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A weak high pressure ridge 
will move E over the area tonight. A warm front will approach 
from the S later tonight and lift N over the waters late Sat 
into Sat night with a cold front moving E and SE into the area 
later Sat night into early Sun. The front will stall just E and
SE of the area during Sun as intensifying low pressure tracks NE
along the front and passes just SE and then E of the area Sun 
night. A weak high pressure ridge moves in across the area Mon, 
followed by a strong cold front that will reach the coast late 
Mon, and then across the waters Mon night. Surface troughs will 
move SE across the area Tue into Tue night with an area of high 
pressure building in from the W later Tue night through Wed 
night.
