offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.
Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.
Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A high pressure ridge S of the
waters will continue to move S away from the area tonight. A
cold front will move across the waters later tonight into Wed,
then move S of the region later Wed into Thu. High pressure will
move quickly SE across the waters Thu into Thu night. A warm
front will lift N across the waters Fri. Another cold front will
approach the coast Fri night into Sat, and then will move slowly
E across the region Sat night and Sun. The front will then pass E
of the waters Sun night as high pressure builds E towards the
area.
