New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...Low pressure will move E along
a stationary front S of the waters early tonight, then move well
off to the SE and E of the area later tonight into Sun while
strengthening. High pressure will build S over the area behind 
the low late tonight into Sun, and then persist into Mon. Another
low will move E along the front to the S of the waters late Mon
into Tue night as a high pressure ridge slowly weakens over the
area. The low will weaken to the SE and E of the region Wed. A 
warm front will lift NE over the waters Wed night, followed by a
cold front approaching the coast from the W Thu. The cold front 
will then likely move offshore Thu night.
